HOUSTON, TX –– April 22, 2015—Today, FyrSoft LLC announced the expansion of its Managed Service offerings, which will now include Backup and Disaster Recovery. FyrSoft introduced their Managed Service offerings last year for Microsoft Device and Systems Management solutions. FyrSoft has uniquely combined the flexibility of virtual systems engineers and packaged managed services allowing clients to selectively delegate their IT infrastructure workloads for Device and Systems Management. With the latest additions for Backup and Disaster Recovery, FyrSoft now offers a comprehensive array of service options for managing on-premise and cloud solutions.
The fully customizable offerings FyrSoft introduced last year have been extremely well received by customers, allowing them to get specifically tailored solutions that help solve their individual business needs. The offloading of administrative tasks and help managing System Center and Hybrid Cloud has given customers the ability to turn their attention to their core business focus and let FyrSoft handle the rest. The feedback customers have given has been overwhelmingly positive, but the one constant has been the request for expanded services.
“Being able to provide our customers with constant and dependable management of their System Center and Cloud solutions is one of the extras that our customers really appreciate,” said Ryan Brennan, Managing Partner at FyrSoft. “Even large enterprises often don’t have the technical resources in-house to keep things running efficiently. Our Managed Services solution has helped solve that issue across the board for our customers. They are thrilled to hear about our service expansion, and are excited to have one more item they can take off their plate.”
The new FyrSoft Managed Services offerings for Backup and Disaster Recovery offer customers a simplified way to leverage Azure availability services to support their business. These new services enable clients to easily expand Windows Server 2012 R2 high availability clustering and replication to the cloud; add backup for Windows Server 2012 R2 Hyper-V, System Center 2012 R2 Data Protection Manager and Virtual Machine Manager; plus Azure Site Recovery for Windows Server 2008 and 2012 plus VMware. FyrSoft works with clients to build the right availability plan, enable required Azure cloud services, test and verify the services, and maintain steady state support.
“Most of us can relate to the struggle of trying to get everything done with limited resources. It can be frustrating and exhausting,” said Doug Kohn, VP of Business Development at FyrSoft. “The FyrSoft Managed Service offerings for Backup and Disaster Recovery give our customers another way to leverage cloud technologies without any burden and let our highly trained experts handle the workloads. This hands clients back the ability to focus on their core competencies and be more successful doing what they do best while knowing the availability of their business services is properly supported.”
